Bayou City Art Festival TICKET SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing the ticket, you (“The Ticket Holder”) agree to the Terms and Conditions specified herein and any other provision as may be specified by Art Colony Association, Inc, producers of the Bayou City Art Festival. The Art Colony Association, Inc., its agents, employees, and festival staff shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage of personal property, however, caused, while in transit to or from the festival, or while on festival grounds.
Tickets are sold subject to the following conditions:
Bayou City Art Festival is a “rain or shine” event. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Art Colony Association, Inc. may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control. In the event of a cancellation, all purchased tickets will be transferable for use at a Bayou City Art Festival in the future, at the discretion of the Bayou City Art Festival staff.
The “Ticket Holder” agrees to submit to a security check and bag search prior to gaining entry to the festival. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, guns, weapons, pocket knives, controlled or illegal substances, food, beverages, or bottled liquids, drones, or flying toys of any kind, skateboards, scooters, bicycles, etc.
Bayou City Art Festival, its agents, employees, and staff reserve the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission, and/or evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly, dangerous, or inappropriate.
No pets will be allowed on Festival grounds, with the exception of service animals. Proper documentation may be required.
Bayou City Art Festival will be a tobacco-free/smoke-free environment. Smoking on festival grounds will not be permitted.
Bayou City Art Festival is an outdoor event and encourages all patrons to practice social distancing, and wash their hands often. Hand sanitizing stations will be available in all areas of the festival. While masks are not required at the festival, it is up to the discretion of each exhibiting artist to require masks within their individual booth and we ask guests to comply with any requests to do so. Producers of the festival will follow the suggestions and safety guidelines set forth by the City of Houston, and the CDC. If ticket holders have been recently exposed to COVID-19, or if they are feeling sick or ill, we ask that they stay home.
